I attended the University of Florida and love all things Gator! My favorite color is green. I love watching crime shows. I'm addicted to chapstick and cross fit. I hate when people sneeze in the car.
You might be wondering...how did I end up interested in becoming a Peace Corps Volunteer?
Once I entered middle school I got involved with my youth group and started traveling every summer. Trips throughout the U.S. eventually turned into 8 trips to Belize, Central America and I became obsessed with traveling. During college I went on two trips to Europe. My love for volunteering/doing good/working with kids and travel brought me to where I am today: joining the Peace Corps!
On January 8, 2012 I leave for 27 months to Thailand. This whole experience so far has been an emotional roller coaster but I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for me.
